In 1993 Graham re-joined Lloyds Bank as a financial consultant and after a successful period providing bespoke financial advice to his clients, he was promoted to a sales management role managing a team of professional financial advisers.
In 1999 Graham decided to move back into a client facing role and secured a position as a Financial Adviser at HSBC Bank plc, primarily providing personal financial planning advice. His professionalism and technical skills allowed him to progress into a Commercial Financial Adviser role within the commercial banking segment of HSBC.
Graham spent the next 10 years providing bespoke commercial financial advice to commercial / corporate customers and individual financial planning advice to their principals.
In the summer of 2013 HSBC Bank made the decision to withdraw its service of providing face to face holistic financial advice to its commercial clients. Graham took the opportunity to leave the bank and join some of his HSBC colleagues as one of the Primary Members of the financial adviser team at HFB Financial Planning Ltd.
Having provided financial advice to clients for a number of years, he has seen many instances where his advice has benefitted clients both in the commercial and personal arenas. This has strengthened his belief in the service he provides to clients and the benefits it can bring.
Graham's ethos is that 'the client comes first'. He believes that providing high levels of customer service and quality advice builds strong relationships with his clients and allows him to become their trusted adviser.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, training his dogs and riding his 1979 Harley Davidson.
